Since 1918, Seedorff ACME has been an innovator in resistance welding machines and manufacturing. Their machines are entirely custom-designed and fabricated in the USA, with quality far above the competition. Some of their notable clients include NASA, Boeing, BMW, Ford and Tesla.

The Plan
Our goal for Seedorff ACME was to translate the quality and beauty of their machines, to their website. To accomplish this their new site is filled with large, high-quality product photos (using javascript lazy-loading techniques to optimize the site’s performance and user experience), subtle animations, and thoughtfully designed layouts of detailed product data. Their new fully responsive website allows their customers to search for machines, parts, or support articles from their office desktop, or straight from their phone on the shop floor.
The Results
This is the second iteration Seedorff ACME’s website we’ve had the pleasure of working on. The first stayed online for 8 years and was eventually only updated as it was created before responsive/mobile websites became standard. We believe this new version can serve them just as long.
